Even though it’s still technically spring, we are in the dog days of summer here in Greenville, NC. On those hot days, you might not be in the mood for something heavy like pasta (or you’re like me and you’re never NOT in the mood for pasta). - Bruschetta is an excellent choice for you’re looking for a light, refreshing finger food. Our bruschetta features crisp Italian bread topped with fresh ingredients like basil pesto, mozzarella, tomatoes, basil leaves, and balsamic glaze. It truly tastes like summer!
- If you’re missing the days of Lunchables, then try out Antipasto Plate, which we like to think of as the grown up version of our childhood favorites. This plate features a number of delicious finger foods for a delicious combination of salty and sweet: salami, pepperoni, ham, kalamata olives, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, pepperoncini, stuffed cherry peppers, and pesto.
- If you like salads, then we have some delicious options for you, but we’d like to talk especially about our spinach salad, which features fresh baby spinach, red onions, olives, tomato, and bacon, served with our delicious balsamic vinaigrette. It’s such a delightful dish!
- Of all of our tasty pizzas, none screams summer louder than our Hawaiian pizza. Some people say that pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza, and to those people we say “Aloha!” Our Hawaiian pizza features pineapple, bacon, and Canadian bacon. Yum!
